Our yard still needs some work to smooth out all the bumpy spots, that are becoming more apparent as the straw settles. The rainy weather and clay soil made it very difficult for them to finish it successfully. As far as the basement waterproofing - so much dust....But I guess that's to be expected with jackhammering concrete.
