Very satisfied. Have referred two other people so far.
Very impressed. He asked what was important to me and I feel he really listened. He explained all the products very well and did not push anything I did not need.
I asked for the best crew and I feel that I got them. I left them alone to do the job and they did an amazing job. They worked hard and gave me great updates and explained what they did very well.
They left my cellar very clean. They swept up their work area and more. They left the yard looking great in the areas they dug up and left me a tidy pile of leftover stones which I’m still using.

What made you choose our company:
I had three quotes and your sales guy was the reason I chose Alford. The previous company told me I had a monolithic foundation and at first so did your rep due to the conditions of the cellar, but upon a deeper inspection your rep found the hidden seam that revealed it was not monolithic. That changed what we could do to exactly what I was wanting to do be done, under the concrete drains. Your rep measured my house very precisely and spent the extra time gaining my trust and business. At first your price was higher than my other quote but after the discounts it ended up being the cheaper quote which made things so much better. The crew that installed the products impressed me just as much as the sales rep. I tell anyone looking for basement work around here to use Alford.
