Geoff was wonderful to deal with and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the job. When ever I had a question he was available to talk about it .
Dennis, Mike and Jeremy were great . Dennis explained where everything was going to be placed and about how long of a time line it would be. He was right on the dot! They checked in with me at least 2 times a day to update me as to where they were on the project and what was happening next. All 3 guys were so polite and professional!

What made you choose our company:
After the initial appointment Geoff actually took the time to check back with me and understood that we were dealing with an insurance company so it would take a little longer than usual to book our appointment. Alford actually took care with our situation from start to finish, which was about 7 months. They checked in on us to let us know they were there to assist in answering any questions we may have and in the end , we have a done basement!
