Concerned about the seemingly exorbitant price of the inspection and filter replacement, as well as the confusing messaging beforehand. Comparatively, at nearly $300 for the half-hour inspection, vs approx $150 for a yearly extensively more complicated furnace+AC service by a certified HVAC technician, and considering the nearly $23,000 we spent on installation just one year ago, the price seems way too high. Further, as an FYI, the text message reminder should be corrected as it indicated the inspection was free.
See above. Comparatively overpriced.
