Solution
Our Solution Specialist, Geoff M. completed a full inspection of the property and determined this was a monolithic foundation.
Geoff quoted a full perimeter drainage system in the basement, which consisted of a WaterGuard system, a doorway drainage system, a SuperSump pump, our waterproof wall product Brightwall, an exterior discharge line, and a LawnScape outlet.
The drainage system ensures that any water entering the basement is quickly removed. This customer now has a permanent solution that provides peace of mind.
