Challenge
The concerns for these homeowners in Bluefield, WV was that there was a lot of water and moisture getting into their crawl space. Wanting to utilize this space for extra storage they were concerned and frustrated that everything would just get damp and smelly. They contacted Alford Foundation & Crawl Space Repair for a free inspection and a design specialist was sent to their home to address their concerns.
Solution
A triple safe sump pump. The sump pump is designed to take the water in the crawl space out and away from the home. A drain line was also installed and is long enough to ensure the water does not return.
