I knew I had a mold issue and brought Alford in to give me a quote. During the inspection, they found some dry rotting floor joists. They talked me through all the options and I hired them to repair the floor joists, add additional supports, and perform the mold treatment.

They originally planned on three days for the floor joists but were done in two, despite the cramped crawl space they had to work in. Mold treatment was done in a day.

I wish I could afford the full crawl space encapsulation, but I'm very happy with the work they did.
