I contracted with Alford for foundation repairs, floor support, and crawl space encapsulation. Cody and the Alford crew who did the work - Paul, Jayden & Joe - were all very professional, diligent, and courteous. Cody was an incredible jack-of-all-trades and not only presided over a great job, but answered all my questions and accommodated all of my requests as the job progressed. The entire experience with Alford related to the project, from initial contact and estimate to job execution and clean-up, was excellent. Can't say enough about how happy I am with the result. We have my mother's basement waterproofed.  The workers were very profession, plus friendly.  They answer all the questions we had.  Also, I was concerned about the mess that would result from breaking up the concrete floor in the basement.  There was hardly any mess at all.  Overall it was a good experience.  We have had some rain since the job was completed.  The sump pumps worked as expected.  However, we have not had a downpour to see how things will work.  Saying all that, I would recommend Alford Home Solutions to anyone wanting to do some waterproofing.

Kurt did a fantastic job!!! I got ahold of him at home on Sunday and he came out the next afternoon and filled all my bait boxes.. The mice have come back for a second time!!! I’m hoping this will finish them! Thanks, Alfords, especially Kurt Newhouse!
