Installation crew and office staff were very professional. Job was complete within good time although their were complications, they still got the job done efficiently. 

Alford was very easy to work with & professional. I was happy with the way Danny addressed my issues but I am even more appreciative of Josh & his crew as they discovered my outbuilding was fully engulfed in flames! They rushed in to tell me, grabbed a fire extinguisher and fought the fire for me to keep it from reaching my home. There is no way I could have done what they did. I don’t know too many people who would jump in and do something of that nature. Not only did they do a great job on our encapsulation & floor joist repair, but they helped salvage my building and prevent damage to my home. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Would recommend this company to anyone needing basement and foundation work done. Outstanding guys and great customer service. Aaron Davis and his crew Josh and Travis were great to work with. They did an excellent job even when the weather was not on their side all while being very professional.    

I called to get an estimate to get our back porch fixed. Danny Cook called several times to let us know when he would be at our home. He was on time. He talked and show us what could be done; then he let us make up our mind what we wanted done. He scheduled an appointment. We had a very good experience getting this started. Alford replaced some floor joists and secured the main beam in my house. Strong, even floors now and they left the work area very clean. Aaron was great in explaining my options without any high-pressure sales tactics. All in all, Alford was good to work with and I'm confident that the repairs were done correctly.

I want give a big plus to all of the guys on the crew. Cody was the foreman and there was Paul, Shane, and one other employee, Mason. The four guys were all very nice and any time that I asked the guys about something, they would take time to answer the question/address the problem. 

I would like to say Thank You to Larry Reynolds for a job well done. He did a great job and totally explained everything. I would highly recommend him. Thank the whole Alford Home Solutions company it was a truly great experience and I would recommend this company highly.

Our foreman, Josh, and his coworkers, Travis and Terry did a phenomenal job on our crawlspace encapsulation. They showed up on time, worked diligently all day and cleaned up the work space each day. The crawlspace looks and smells so much better! Josh walked us through what they had done at the completion of work each day, taking photos so I didn’t have to crawl up in there. At the end of the job he assured we were comfortable with function of the sump pumps and dehumidifier and walked my husband through the crawlspace to inspect their work. They did a wonderful job and are such a nice team of workers! Thanks so much guys!!

Christian, Mical and Derick worked on stabilizing the foundation of our house. They worked tirelessly. Christian explained everything they would be doing each day. He answered all our questions. The guys were very polite and respectful. The floors feel so much better.
