And if your “free estimate” is a little different than most, Kevin also talked to me on the phone to understand what I needed and emailed me an estimate that same day. We recently had Alford complete a project and I recommend this company to anyone. We found them to be from the beginning, very detailed and cost conscious. We found the material they used to be above what other companies offered for a higher price. The construction itself was done in a most expedient and positive manner. The test of any construction project is how you are treated not only before and during but after the project. Recently, we found a small leak and reported it; the same day the original crew visited, identified the problem, and repaired it. We are completely satisfied with the results. 

Zach, the foreman, worked by himself today. You are very lucky to have an employee like him. Better hang onto him! 

I had an annual maintenance on my sump pump system. Elliot was very professional, efficient and nice. Thanks!!!
